Stuttering in games help

I have a problem. When Goverlay is opened and the registry is enabled from aida64 or hwinfo, it creates stuck and stuttering in games. If Aida64 and hwinfo are turned off, the stuttering in the games goes away. The two programs were tried separately. This time, goverlay does not show information. What should I do.

Does this happen with aida64 and hwinfo opened but goverlay closed?

weird, never seen anything like it.
open goverlay and put it with aida and hwinfo.
Open the task manager and check the cpu usage of goverlay, to see if there is an issue there, also open the goverlay logs tab and see if you have repeating errors, that could be a reason if there is a spam of errors
