PSA, after I've spent the last day getting my LCDsysinfo 3.5" display working again after the Windows 10 1809 "Fall" update. The windows update deleted the LCDsysinfo driver during the update process because the driver is unsigned. Without the driver installed, the display couldn't be detected within the GOverlay software, of course. Fortunately, unsigned drivers can still be installed under the 1809 update using the same methods (booting into troubleshooting mode to allow unsigned drivers to be installed). My device is now working again. I don't understand why it's so difficult for the devs to get their drivers signed - as an end user, I shouldn't have to go through this with each major windows update.
