Feeling Stupid - How do I load the GUI?

All I need to do is change the name of my processors, and I can't recall at all how to load the GUI to edit this. I've tried all the programs I can see in the GOverlay folder, I've tried the 'Show' option on the small icon... I'm sure I'm just being dumb, but I simply can't remember how to launch the editing interface!

double clicking or right clicking and using "show" should open goverlay.
See if its not minimized or opens in another monitor if you have more than one
