When I created the disable_ohmdll.txt file in goverlay folder and restarted goverlay, I still get a quarantine warning message from Defender. Is there anything else needed?

Actually just realized this is for Goverlay Plus. I'm still using plain Goverlay. I'm on version 1.6.9.19. I guess the option to disable it doesn't exist on that version?

Thanks, 1.6.9.29_ahk made a difference but now Windows defender is complaining about C:\Program Files (x86)\GOverlay\LibreHardwareMonitorLib.sys with the same VulnerableDriver:WinNT/Winring0
